Conference Checklist


Below, you will find each of the forms (and their respective deadlines) required to register for our 2016 One Big Thanks Conference. IF YOU HAVEN'T YET DONE SO, PLEASE READ OUR CONFERENCE PREPARATION PAGE TO ITS ENTIRETY. The Preparation page lines out how to register and pay for Conference, and this page here should only be used as a reference once your school has already registered. Registration will close December 16th, 2016 at 11:59pm.

  • ** These should be done at the same time, and both are required for you to officially register. **

Due No Later Than JANUARY 8TH, 2017

  • Pay your registration fee. Details are on the conference preperation page.
  • If you are flying, buy your plane tickets. The longer you wait, the more expensive they will get.
  • Delegate Information Forms: [HERE]. Each delegate should fill one of these out. If your delegates change after this deadline, contact
  • Travel Scholarship Application: [HERE]. Should only be done if you wish to get your hotel expenses covered by Texas A&M. Decisions will be emailed out by January 12, 2017.
  • Travel Plans Form: [HERE]. This should be done upon registration as well, even if the information is tentative. You will fill out a 'Final Travel Information Form' the week before Conference.
